DecisionOne by Sqwish Labs

Terms

These terms cover your use of DecisionOne: the console, the API, the SDKs and the MCP server. DecisionOne is run by Sqwish Labs, a company in the United Kingdom ("we"). By creating an account or calling the API you accept these terms. If you use DecisionOne for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

1. The service

DecisionOne runs decision models: you send context, questions and the answers you allow, and it returns a probability for each answer. You can also fine-tune and prompt-tune models on your own data. We are letting people in from a waitlist, features will change, and we make no promise of uptime unless we agree one with you in writing.

2. Your account and keys

Keep your details accurate and your API keys secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else is using it.

3. How you may use it

Use DecisionOne lawfully. Don't use it to harm people, to discriminate unlawfully, or to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person without a human reviewing them. Don't try to copy our models or extract their weights, get around limits or security, overload the service, or resell access without our agreement.

4. Answers are probabilities

Every answer is a model's estimate, and models make mistakes. Test a model on your own data before you rely on it. You decide what to do with an answer, and you are responsible for that.

5. Your content

You own what you send and upload. Models fine-tuned on your data can be called only by your account. You allow us to store and process your content to run the service for you. We don't use it to train models for anyone else, as the privacy page explains.

6. Credits and prices

While we are in early access we may give you credits, for example $25 for each person you refer who signs up, up to $500. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred and may expire. We will publish prices before we charge for anything. Fees can't be refunded except where the law says so or where we say so, as with a prompt-tuning job that doesn't improve your results.

7. What we own

We own the service, our models and our software. You may use them through DecisionOne under these terms. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Stopping

You can stop using DecisionOne at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the service or other people, with notice where that's reasonable.

9. Liability

During early access the service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or data. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and £100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. We'll email account holders before a material change takes effect. Using DecisionOne after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales decide any dispute about them.
